We need some information in order to grant you a Virtua Health MyChart account, which will provide you with access to medical information from your care at Virtua Health and certain community providers who use Virtua Health’s electronic medical records system. Enter your demographics here and in the next step we will verify your identity using questions from a third-party verification system. Please note a previous or scheduled visit with Virtua Health or a participating community provider is required to obtain a Virtua Health MyChart account.
